FAQ Formal and Informal Care
? I am a State Ward or the Parental Responsibility of the Minister. Am I eligible to receive TILA?
A You may be eligible. However, you must not have left Formal Care more than 24 months ago.
? I have been out of Care more than 24 months but am now living in a crisis refuge?
A You may be eligible. Even though you have been out of care more than 24 months it appears your transition was unsuccessful.
